MEET OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS

Y Total Health Coach/Personal Training Team  

YMCA Personal Trainers are exercise professionals with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and wellness. Our trainers will design a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach your personal goals-whether it be weight loss, exercise performance or overall improved wellness. Your trainer will provide education about strength training, cardio endurance and basic nutrition while keeping you motivated and accountable to reach your goals.

Diana DIANA CAISE
Diana is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Teaching Science/Biology from Olivet Nazarene University. She is currently working on an Exercise Science Degree. She is a Certified Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. She enjoys coaching soccer and cross-country and has also coached swimming and basketball. She is a runner and triathlete, and enjoys the outdoors; swimming, cross-country skiing, running, biking, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and hiking. She focuses on healthy eating and lifestyle, functional strength, sports conditioning and injury prevention.
