Senior Videos

While our in-person offerings are limited, we want our community to still be able to experience the Y in new ways. As we move forward with COVID-19 and beyond, we are offering a brand new online portal with videos of your favorite Y classes and activities!

These videos are led by our wonderful staff and friends of the Y and cover a variety of fitness, sports and family activities. Thank you for staying with the Y, and we hope to continue to welcome you into our family - both in person and virtually!
